I had surgery in June and my insurance has no deductible. well this is what ive just been looking into. In the moment in time there are 3 hanging basket brackets attached the the nieghbours wall (they were currently there when we moved in because my neighbours mom utilized to reside in my home, and so i guess the neighbour didnt mind her drilling in to the wall! However, the neighbours home is in truth rented and so i guess its not up to my neighbour to choose whether or not i can drill into the wall, but your house proprietor?!!) So what do i do??!!
